Buying

How do I buy an item?
Browse listings, click on an item you like, and press "Buy Now". You'll be guided through the checkout process where you can enter your delivery address and payment details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We also hold your payment until you confirm delivery.
What if I don't receive my item?
If your item doesn't arrive or is significantly different from the listing, you're covered by our Buyer Protection. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Can I return an item?
Since items are pre-owned, returns depend on the seller's policy and the item's condition. If the item is not as described, you can open a dispute for a refund.

Selling

How do I list an item for sale?
Click "Sell" in the navigation, take clear photos of your item, add a description and price, then publish. Your listing will be visible to buyers immediately.
How much does it cost to sell?
Listing items is completely free. We only charge a small buyer protection fee to the buyer - you receive 100% of your listed price.
When do I get paid?
Once the buyer confirms they've received the item (or after the protection period ends), the funds are released to your connected bank account within 2-3 business days.
How do I ship an item?
After a sale, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Print it, pack your item securely, and drop it off at any collection point. Tracking is included automatically.

Shipping

What shipping options are available?
We offer various shipping options including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's size and weight.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking information in your Orders page.
What if my item is damaged in transit?
All shipments include basic insurance. If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us to open a claim.

Account & Safety

How do I verify my account?
To verify your account, go to Settings and complete email verification. For selling, you'll also need to verify your identity through our secure Stripe onboarding.
What should I do if I see a suspicious listing?
Report it immediately using the "Report" button on the listing. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your data.
