How Shipping Works
Pet Attix generates prepaid shipping labels through our carrier partners to make shipping easy and reliable for both buyers and sellers.
- Label Generation: Prepaid shipping labels are automatically generated when a purchase is completed
- Label Access: Sellers can download and print labels directly from the app
- Tracking: Buyers receive tracking information once the seller marks the item as shipped
Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Downloading and Printing: Download, print, and securely attach the shipping label to your package
- Secure Packaging: Package items properly to prevent damage during transit
- Timely Dispatch: Ship items within the agreed timeframe, typically 2-3 business days after purchase
- Using Official Labels: Only use Pet Attix generated shipping labels for platform transactions
- Drop-off: Take packages to the designated carrier drop-off points
Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you are responsible for:
- Accurate Address: Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
- Tracking Monitoring: Monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking information
- Prompt Communication: Contact the seller promptly if you notice any delivery issues
- Availability: Ensure someone is available to receive the package if signature is required
Delivery Times
Expected delivery timeframes:
- Domestic (UK) Orders: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier and service selected
- International Orders: Longer delivery times apply and may vary significantly by destination
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost:
- Report Quickly: Buyers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Documentation: Take clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s)
- Contact Seller: Reach out to the seller first to attempt resolution
- Dispute Resolution: If the issue cannot be resolved between buyer and seller, Pet Attix may step in to review the evidence and help mediate
- Lost Packages: Report packages showing as delivered but not received within 48 hours
International Shipping
Important information for international transactions:
- Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier restrictions
- Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Sellers must ensure compliance with destination country regulations
- Some countries may have restrictions on certain pet products
- International shipments may require additional documentation
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping cost is displayed before checkout and is typically paid by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.

Pet Attix provides shipping tools and generates prepaid labels to facilitate easy transactions. However, please note:
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or service disruptions
- We cannot guarantee delivery times as these depend on carrier performance
- Customs delays and issues are outside our control
- We support dispute resolution when shipping issues arise between parties
