Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pet Attix mobile marketplace for pre-loved pet items ("the App"). By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To use Pet Attix, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Account Activity: You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep it updated

Platform Nature

Pet Attix operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of used pet products. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the agreements between buyers and sellers.

Our role includes:

• Providing the platform infrastructure for listings and transactions
• Processing payments through trusted third-party providers
• Generating shipping labels for convenience
• Offering dispute resolution support when needed

Prohibited Listings

The following items are strictly prohibited on Pet Attix:

• Live Animals: No live animals of any kind may be listed
• Pet Food and Supplements: Including treats, vitamins, and dietary supplements
• Medicines: Any pet medications, whether prescription or over-the-counter
• Dangerous Items: Products that could harm animals or people
• Illegal Goods: Items that violate UK law
• Counterfeit Products: Fake or knock-off branded items
• Community Guidelines Violations: Items that violate our community standards

Transaction Processing

How transactions work on Pet Attix:

• Payments: All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers for security
• Shipping Labels: The app generates prepaid shipping labels for ease of use
• Seller Responsibilities: Sellers handle packaging and dispatch of items
• Buyer Protection: Payments are held until successful delivery confirmation

Dispute Resolution

Important: Pet Attix is not a party to transactions between users. While we may assist in mediating disputes, we are not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from user transactions
• Refunds for transactions outside our platform
• Quality or authenticity of items listed by sellers
• Delivery issues caused by carriers

Our dispute resolution process is designed to help resolve issues fairly, but outcomes are not guaranteed.

User Conduct

When using Pet Attix, you agree to:

• Act honestly and in good faith in all transactions
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect other users and communicate professionally
• Not manipulate reviews or ratings
• Not circumvent platform fees by completing transactions off-platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Limitations

The App is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Security against all threats
• Accuracy of third-party information

Pet Attix disclaims responsibility for damages arising from app usage to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Account Management

Pet Attix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Listing prohibited items
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment of other users
• Repeated policy violations
• Non-payment of fees

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Pet Attix app are owned by Pet Attix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
